Residential Projects in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi

Masdar City is home to six Burtville Developments projects — the largest concentration in our portfolio. Ville 11 is complete and handing over, with Ville 12 and the hotel-branded Bab Al Qasr Resort Residences 18 and 19 following in 2028, and the Bab Al Qasr Garden Residences 65 and 66 due in 2029 and 2030.
