Residential Projects on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi

Burtville Developments has two projects on Al Reem Island. Bab Al Qasr Royal Residence 28 is a residence inspired by the French royal lifestyle, with handover planned for late 2029 and construction progress published monthly on its project page. Bab Al Qasr Beach Resort Residence 77, launched in September 2026, is a beachfront development with a dedicated Beach Club, direct beach access and handover scheduled for Q4 2031.
