Bab Al Qasr Garden Residence 65 is a Bab Al Qasr Hotel branded residence by Burtville Developments in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi. It sits on the largest residential plot in Masdar City, over 310,000 sq ft, and the idea behind it is simple: garden living with hotel hospitality. Some 67% of the plot is given over to green space, water features and outdoor facilities, so the homes look out over the pool, the gardens, the central park and the surrounding community.

The project comprises 600 fully furnished homes across four buildings, 10A to 10D, each rising to ground plus six floors. Layouts range from one to five bedrooms and come as simplex apartments, duplexes and triplexes. The inventory is weighted towards smaller homes: 421 one-bedroom and 112 two-bedroom units, alongside 33 three-bedroom, 23 four-bedroom and 11 five-bedroom homes. Of the 600, 533 are simplex, 42 are triplex and 25 are duplex. Total areas run from 66 to 356 m² (714 to 3,835 sq ft), with internal areas of 56 to 211 m², which shows a buyer at a glance how much of each home is enclosed living space.

Every home is handed over fully furnished. Interiors draw on neo-classical design within a European-countryside-inspired concept, and because the project carries the Bab Al Qasr Hotel name, residents have access to hotel-style services within their own community.

Construction is under way. The project launched in July 2026 and stood at 4.1% complete as of 1 September 2026, with handover scheduled for Q1 2030.
