Bab Al Qasr Beach Resort Residence 77 is a beachfront development by Burtville Developments on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, offering fully furnished one- to five-bedroom freehold residences with handover scheduled for Q4 2031. Framed by mangroves and the sea next to Reem Central Park, it brings together residential towers, a landscaped podium and a dedicated Beach Club across 60 floors. All homes come fully furnished with THE ONE furniture, ROCA sanitary ware, SIEMENS appliances and SAMSUNG televisions. Parking is one space for one- and two-bedroom units, two for three- and four-bedroom and three for five-bedroom; OTIS supplies 18 passenger and 3 service lifts.

The Beach Club, a dedicated building linked by bridge, has a beachfront infinity pool, a sunken pool bar and social hub, private BBQ lounges, a private sky dining area, cafés and a wellness and yoga area.
