Bab Al Qasr Sea View Residence 51 is a Bab Al Qasr Hotel branded residence by Burtville Developments, set directly on the waterfront promenade of Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi. The project comprises three towers and 19 waterfront townhouses on a 181,783 sq ft plot; each tower rises over a lower ground floor, a ground floor and 11 floors with a roof level above, with 3.6 m ceilings. Al Raha Mall and Al Raha Beach Hotel are four minutes away, Zayed International Airport six minutes and Yas Beach fifteen.

There are 163 homes in total, from two to five bedrooms: simplex apartments, duplexes, triplexes, sky villas and 19 five-bedroom waterfront townhouses with their own gardens and pools. Tower A holds 50 apartments and Towers B and C 47 each. Total areas run from 147 to 446 m² (1,584 to 4,805 sq ft), with internal areas of 96 to 251 m². Every home opens onto a private terrace with a plunge pool, each duplex and townhouse has its own private elevator, and every unit has Italian-designed fitted bathrooms by Casa.

Ownership carries the privileges of the Bab Al Qasr Hotel: complimentary access to the hotel's private beach and pools, and a 25% discount across hotel services for five years from purchase. Within the project itself, three rooftop infinity pools sit alongside a kids' lagoon pool, a beach-style entry pool, adult and family pools, a dine-in pool, an aqua gym and pool cabanas. Indoors there is a 1,400 sq ft gym and a 2,500 sq ft lounge; outdoors, a gym, a yoga area and games areas. Parking is allocated at one space for two-bedroom units, two for three- and four-bedroom units and three for five-bedroom units, with 30 EV charging spaces.
